Binding bookings must be made in writing or via the online booking portal. ## Acceptance of the order A binding acceptance of the booking order by Genuss-Ferien, N.Zwerg und S.Zwerg GbR only exists once the guest has completed the online booking with the “Book and pay” button or books directly at reception (hereinafter referred to as the “booking”). The guest then automatically receives a booking confirmation by email. The booking procedure does not give rise to any entitlement to a specific, designated pitch. ## Deposit / balance The stated deposit becomes due upon booking. If the deposit is not paid on time, the reservation may become invalid without the guest being reminded or notified again. The remaining balance is generally due 14 days before arrival; every booked day must be paid for. ## Cancellation of the booking The guest has the right to cancel their booking. The cancellation of the booking must be made in writing, by email or by post. In the event of cancellation or no-show by the customer, the cancellation fees are generally: - up to 14 days before the agreed day of arrival: a flat fee of €20.00 - from 13 days to 1 day before the agreed day of arrival: 50% - up to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the agreed rental price. (If any credit balance is to be refunded to the guest, the guest is entitled to payment within 4 weeks.) Guests who have not arrived by 9:00 p.m. on the agreed day of arrival are considered no-shows. If the customer does not make use of services for reasons for which Genuss-Ferien, N.Zwerg und S.Zwerg GbR is not responsible, the guest has no claim to a pro rata refund. The guest remains free to prove that no costs or lower costs were incurred in connection with the non-use of services. Since, in accordance with the above, the risk of cancellation or non-arrival by the guest, e.g. due to illness or similar, lies with the guest, Genuss-Ferien, N.Zwerg und S.Zwerg GbR recommends taking out travel cancellation cover or travel cancellation insurance with an insurance company. ## Early departure In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of a pro rata amount of payments made, unless intentional or grossly negligent conduct on the part of Genuss-Ferien, N.Zwerg und S.Zwerg GbR has made the early departure unavoidable. ## Changes to bookings For changes to options such as the electricity connection or the number of people, a processing fee of €10.00 is charged. The travel period can only be changed up to 30 days before arrival, for a rebooking fee of €10. Within 30 days, our cancellation conditions apply to the part of the overall booking that is to be changed. Bookings for which a deposit has been paid can only be rebooked within the same calendar year! ## Campsite fees The campsite fees are based on the price lists set each year. It is generally assumed that the guest has informed themselves about the applicable prices before booking. In addition, the current prices are displayed during the online booking process. At the Genuss-Ferien nature and beach campsite, N.Zwerg und S.Zwerg GbR, the following applies: 1 car per pitch or rental caravan. ## Site rules Every guest is obliged to observe and comply with the provisions of the campsite rules. The campsite rules can be viewed at reception and are also handed out on request. The quiet hours set out in the site rules for the midday rest and night-time rest must be observed. If a guest intentionally or through gross negligence violates the site rules, they may be refused any further stay. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund of advance payments made. Staying on the premises is only permitted with a valid gas inspection / gas certification. ## Visitors The guest is obliged to register visitors (overnight guests) at reception; visitors’ vehicles must always remain outside the campsite grounds. ## Registration / barrier chip If the guest is given a guest card / barrier code on arrival, this entitles the registered vehicle to pass through. It is not permitted to let other vehicles through using the guest card / barrier code. ## Liability Genuss-Ferien, N.Zwerg und S.Zwerg GbR is not liable for any damage or loss suffered by the guest unless there is intentional or grossly negligent fault on the part of the campsite. **Place of jurisdiction:** The place of jurisdiction for both parties is Waren Müritz. **Last updated:** October 1, 2026 At the same time, all previous terms and conditions cease to be valid.
